Sweet Potato Chips
When I went raw I was really missing the salty crunchiness of chips and crackers, but no more! I recently got a dehydrator and boy I've been having fun with it!
These little sweet potato guys are just as delicious as they are pretty and they will satisfy any chips cravings! I used to be a huge potato chips freak, I could eat a whole bag in one day (not very proud of that one) but with these ones I don't miss those greasy chips fingers at all. To me they really live up to the expectations of the holy potato chip that everyone loves, and yes even the addiction part.. I ate all of them right after taking these pictures (not super proud of that one either)..

- 1 Sweet potato
- Drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- Himalayan pink salt
Slice the sweet potato with a mandolin or, as I did, with a cheese slicer. Americans, I know what you are thinking! "Hah, silly Swedes with their unnecessary kitchen tools" BUT NO! Cheese slicers are awesome and you should really introduce them into your culture because your thick, knife cut cheese slices are gross!
There, I said it.
Anyways.. Drizzle olive oil and some salt over the slices and get your hands in there. Make sure every slice gets some oil. Dehydrate until dry and crispy, this can take up to 24 hours. Try bending a piece, if it snaps it's done!
Bless and Enjoy!
