StRAWberry Ice Cream with Halva Crumble
This candy mountain, as my sister called it, only got 5 ingredients so it's super easy to make and god it's delicious! It was actually an attempt to make Halva but I kind of messed it up so it became a crumble instead of a cake and I was thinking: Ok, time to get creative. I know I have some banana dudes in the freezer, I'm just gonna make some Ice Cream along with this tastiness!
So I did and this beauty was born :)

Start with making the Halva Crumble. Let the coconut flakes go wild in the food processor for about 5 minutes or until they turns into a paste. Add Sesame seeds and sweetener and blend until crumbly. Done!
Before you freeze the bananas, peal and cut them into coins. Blend frozen bananas and strawberries in the food processor. It will turn in to a gritty mass at first but don't worry, keep going and after a few minutes it will get the consistency of soft serve ice cream.
Serve the Ice Cream topped with Halva Crumble and your favorite toppings!
Topping Tips:
- Coconut flakes
- Cacao nibs
- Bee pollen
Bless and Enjoy!
