Sesame Chili Veggies with Lemon and Ginger
This fresh combo of ginger, chili and sesame really turns me on!
The pictures are from two different times that I have made this recipe so they differ a little in the ingredients. This is one of my favorite dishes to make because it's reasonably fast, very flavorful and fresh. It also always leaves me super satisfied.
This is a good one to make for your friends and family to get them to like and eat more raw foods.
Everyone seems to enjoy this veggie feast.
Make sure you make enough because when you start eating you don't want to stop!

Start with making the marinade by mixing the oils and tamari in a bowl. Put broccoli cut into smaller pieces and spiralized carrots in the marinade and let it sit while preparing the rest.
Cut the bell pepper, spinach and leeks and put in a large bowl.
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
Now simply mix everything together in a big bowl.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve with sliced avocado.
Tips:
- Use the leftover marinade for extra dressing.
- Marinate mushrooms with the veggies- suuper yummie!
- Peanuts for topping along with the sesame seeds.
Bless and Enjoy!
