I made this fudge last Christmas for the traditional Swedish candy table and I am still amazed how easy, quick and tasty it is. It's one of those "just one more" kind of candies so if you are making them for a special event make sure you don't make them to far ahead, and if you do make sure you hide them very well because they will mysteriously disappear... fast.

- 1 part Dates
- 1 part Macadamia Nuts
I cup or 2,5 Deciliter of each is a good amount. Blend in a food processor until smooth and press into a container, a loaf tin lined with baking paper works well. Freeze, cut into pieces and enjoy!
